1. Course Ownership:

The digital marketing course ("Course") is the intellectual property of VPM Inc. Once you purchase the MMR from VPN you become the owner of the course and can sell for your own profit .All rights not expressly granted in this agreement are reserved.

2. License and Master Resell Rights:

Upon purchase, the buyer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, view, and access the Course for personal and commercial purposes. The Course also includes master resell rights, allowing the buyer to resell the Course to end-users.

3. Restrictions:

The buyer shall not reproduce, distribute, or sell the Course on platforms that promote illegal activities, hate speech, or offensive content. The Course shall not be altered or repackaged without prior written consent from VPM Inc.

4. Transfer of Rights:

The master resell rights can be transferred to end-users, allowing them to use, access, and resell the Course as per the terms outlined in this agreement.

5. Copyright and Trademarks:

The Course content, including text, graphics, images, and other materials, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Any unauthorized use or distribution without permission is prohibited.

6. End-User Agreements:

Buyers who acquire the Course for resale shall create their own end-user agreements, stipulating their terms and conditions of use, but these terms shall not contradict or override the terms of this agreement.

7. Disclaimers:

The Course is provided on an "as is" basis. VPM Inc does not guarantee results, outcomes, or the effectiveness of the Course. Users are solely responsible for how they utilize the information and content provided in the Course.

8. Refunds and Guarantees:

As the buyer holds the master resell rights, any refund requests or guarantees are at the discretion of the buyer. VPM Inc is not liable for any refund requests by end-users.

9. Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall VPM Inc be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Course.

10. Updates and Modifications:

VPM Inc reserves the right to update or modify the Course and these terms and conditions at any time, and these changes will be effective upon posting.

11. Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country], and any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that area.
